Darryn de la Soul has been working in the live music industry for well over two decades – starting out as a sound engineer and moving on to production management. She also runs Soulsound, a membership scheme supporting sound engineers with training and providing PLI for freelancers. She regularly teaches employability and career development at colleges,
universities and online.
